COST & FUNDRAISING INFORMATION

Your family’s only required out-of-pocket cost is a small nonrefundable registration fee of $30.

We then help you do fundraising to cover your training expenses:
  • CYIA Training Cost: The two-week training is $650. This includes your housing, meals, team T-shirts, and a kit with all your teaching materials.

That may seem like a lot! But we are convinced that if you are meant to do summer missions, God will provide. Here are the specific ways that CEF helps you raise funds:

  • Prayer bookmarks: We create a very nice, laminated prayer bookmark for you and print as many as you can use. They are great for family and friends to keep on their refrigerator at home, desk at work, etc. to remember to pray for you!
  • Support letters: In April, we will help mail a support letter to your family, friends, and church. It invites people to give toward your account and pray for your ministry.
  • Online donations: We will put up a dedicated post for you on the CYIA blog: cyiainco.blogspot.com. This post has a link to a secure online donations page for your account. We will also provide you with a direct link that you can email to family and friends, share on Facebook, etc.
  • Your local church: We are happy to provide any resources that would be helpful if you want to present about your summer ministry in your church’s worship service or to your church’s missions committee.
  • 5-Day Club ministry partners: As they are able, sometimes our ministry partners (such as churches, child care centers, etc.) give a financial gift to the team that teaches their 5-Day Club.

You should aim to raise most or all of your funds during April/May, but we can continue accepting donations for you throughout the summer.

Still have questions? Please contact us! We would love to help.
